I'm Paul. I've worked on CNC machines for 17 plus years. In October 2023 I went out on my own and started CNC Medic, because I wanted to build something I could hand on to my kids.
Before that I worked directly for SCM Group UK for seven years. That experience came with me to CNC Medic.
It's me you speak to and me who turns up. Nobody is reading you a script, and nobody is passing the job down a line.

SCM and Morbidelli are the machines I know best. I worked directly for SCM Group UK for seven years before I set up CNC Medic. I also supply and support Hua Hua machines, and I support other makes that run Syntec controllers. If yours is something else, ring and tell me what you've got.
Can a CNC fault be sorted over the phone?
Sometimes. Tell me the make, the model and what it's doing, or the error on the screen. Setup and software problems can often be worked through on the phone. If it needs hands on it, I'll come out.
How much is a CNC machine service?
A machine service is £500. Ring me and I'll tell you what that covers on your machine.
Are you tied to SCM or any manufacturer?
No. I worked directly for SCM Group UK for seven years, then set up on my own. CNC Medic is independent, and that experience came with me.
Where is CNC Medic based?
Rotherham, South Yorkshire. Ring and tell me where the machine is and I'll tell you when I can be there.
Do you supply CNC machines?
Yes. I supply Hua Hua machines, which are imported from China, and I support them once they're running. Ring me and tell me what you need the machine to do.
Do you supply parts?
Vacuum pods are listed on this site with their prices. For anything else, ring me with the machine and the part and I'll tell you whether I can get it.
